• Support mount, antenna, fiber and DC power installations with a focus on quality and safety
• Climb to heights of up to 400’ daily
• Install ice bridge and cable supports
• Install, test, and optimize antenna systems
• Perform tower audits and video closeout audits
• Assist with installation of framing, relay racks, cabinets, and hardware
• Read and interpret job specs and drawings to support accurate execution
• Perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, squatting, etc.) in outdoor environments
• Follow supervisor direction and complete day-to-day field operations efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite and adhere to all safety protocols

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tower or telecom field work preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordi>
• Must pass drug screening and pre-employment physical
• OSHA 10 and NWSA TTT1 certifications preferred
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Overtime and weekend work may be required

Based in Chicagoland area

Travel required for project work (home most weekends)
