• Prospect and secure new business opportunities
• Manage client relationships with trust and transparency
• Specialize in sales or leasing within your assigned asset class
• Conduct property tours, market analysis, and deal negotiations
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to drive deal flow
• Meet or exceed an annual $10 million transaction volume target
• Represent Pillar Realty with integrity and professionalism

• 2+ years of commercial real estate sales or leasing experience (preferred)
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, accountable, and resilient
• Strong market knowledge and business acumen
