Requirements:

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Oncology nursing experience required
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification required
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Skills checklist completed within the last year
• Two supervisory references
