Days: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
40 hour guarantee

• Home Health experience is a requirement
• Valid drivers license and car insurance is a requirement
• Copy of active IL nursing license is a requirement
• COVID and FLU vaccinations are required
• OASIS and start of care experience is a requirement
• BLS through AHA is a requirement
• Local Candidates Only!
• EMR:
  Matrix (experience required)
• Territory:
  Within 15 miles (may increase if census is low)
• Census: 24-26 on case load. If given a bigger territory that number will go down.
• Mileage:
  Reimbursed at the standard IRS rate.
