We are looking for a team of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in New Lenox, IL. Immediate need for ongoing 13‑week assignments with varied weekday shifts and potential weekends.

• Hourly Rate: $113.62
• Weekly Stipend: $1239.00 (Food: $448.00, Lodging: $791.00)
• Gross Weekly Pay: $5159 (Based on 40 hours/week in a 13‑week contract)

Shift: Varied weekdays: 7a‑3p, 7a‑7p, or 7a‑11p plus potential weekends.

• Provide coverage for Procedural Care Units.
• General OR experience required for two providers (no neuro or cardiac experience necessary).
• Preferred provider with outpatient endoscopy experience and MAC.
• Average 4‑5 cases/day during 12‑hour shifts (primarily Ortho and Neuro cases).
• Coordination with surgical assistants in Ortho and OR team in Neuro.
• Use Cerner EMR.
• Work in a 100% supervised Trauma Level II setting; excluding hearts, pediatrics, major vascular, or OB cases.
• No placement of blocks or lines.

• NBCRNA certification – required.
• Active IL license or currently in process – required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification – required.
• Spinal and neurosurgical anesthesia experience – required.
• Ability to work Ortho, Neuro, and Endoscopy cases – preferred.
• COVID and flu vaccination – required; vaccination status reviewed at clearance time.
• Submit within specified rate cap.
