Mold Vac Venting Solutions specializes in addressing gas and air entrapment issues within the injection molding industry. Our vacuum and blowback venting systems are designed to ensure proper airflow, resulting in improved part quality, dimensional accuracy, and reduced cycle time. By using Mold-Vac systems, customers experience lower energy costs, less tool maintenance, and increased productivity. We are committed to providing efficient solutions that enhance the overall performance of injection molding processes.

Role Description

This is a part-time/ full-time, on-site Small Machine Assembler role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Small Machine Assembler will be responsible for assembling precision machinery and components according to specifications and blueprints. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting technical instructions, handling materials and tools, performing quality checks, and ensuring the proper operation of assembled machines. The role also involves working collaboratively with the production team to achieve operational excellence and maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in mechanical assembly, handling small parts, and using hand tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Basic understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in machine assembly or a related field is preferred
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
