Job DescriptionThe Global Physical Security Senior Consultant I is a seasoned, experienced professional responsible for the management and administration of physical security systems and equipment across the Allstate enterprise, to include, but not limited to access control, CCTV/video recording systems, alarm and intelligence monitoring, and communication systems; providing guidance and leadership of the Enterprise Badging Team (vendor); and/or playing a lead role in managing complex and occasionally highly complex activities within the department, as well as designing, programming, and implementing tools used enterprise wide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and ensure compliance with written Global Security standards and guidelines
- Understand and comply with all information security, privacy and sourcing and procurement requirements
- Lead system-wide quality assurance practices
- Provide guidance to Global Badging and Inventory Team, managing expectations
- Utilize system database reporting tools to create, modify and maintain customized security reports that meet company, client and regulatory reporting requirements and audits
- Lead technical support and maintenance strategies
- Considered an expert in Global Security solutions and best practices understanding and translating business requirements into solutions
- Lead system implementation and operationalization initiatives
- Design and maintain reporting and tools used throughout Allstate and Family of Companies
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Power
BI expert with design and development experience - Crystal Report and Microsoft products expert
- Experience using and applying Artificial Intelligence tools and technologies
This position prefers candidates to be located in the Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, or Charlotte, NC metro areas. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with office attendance in one of these locations on a recurring basis.

CompensationCompensation offered for this role is $68,500.00 - $ annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
