** Position Summary****:
** Oversees the clinical office schedules.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Manages provider clinic schedules
* Participates in clinical integration
* Oversees Management of Perfect Serve
* Monitors best practices to identify opportunities for improvement
* Manages patient satisfaction and service recovery for complaints, maintaining record of complaints & actions taken
* Monitors missing charges and notes
* Purchases supplies
* Payroll* Oversees ordering and inventory management
** Required Qualifications**:
** Education and Training**:
* Must be a Medical Assistant, LPN or RN
* Minimum of five years of health care experience
* Proficient typing skills
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Experience with other computer programs and electronic medical record
* Effective interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
* Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, physicians and hospital staff
* Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
