• Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of collaborating physicians

• Develop a 1:1 relationship and partnership with clinical staff members and management
• Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding
• Complete patient examinations and treatment; order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation

• Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant – Master’s degree
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000 – $140,000, depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base, the position may also be eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
