Part-Time Medical Aesthetician

True MEDSPA is seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Medical Aesthetician to join our team at our New Lenox location. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to a results‑driven, collaborative environment.

• Deliver high-quality, safe, and effective aesthetic treatments
• Complete accurate and timely medical charting for all procedures
• Comply with all Illinois state regulations and medical spa protocols
• Consistently work toward individual service and retail sales goals
• Provide thorough patient education and post‑treatment follow‑up
• Assist with managing and creating content for the practice’s Instagram account
• Participate in monthly staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education
• Uphold all company policies, standards, and clinical protocols
• Ensure treatment rooms, devices, and supplies are properly maintained and stocked

• Demonstrated ability to drive service and product sales
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Compassionate and attentive to patient needs and concerns
• Broad knowledge of skincare services and aesthetic treatments
• Professional, positive, and patient‑focused demeanor

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with BBL, Moxi, and laser hair removal
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing skincare treatments
• Active Illinois State Esthetician License required

• Every other Monday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Tuesday 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Additional hours available upon request
