Inside Sales Call Center Representative
Smithereen Pest Management
Pay RangeBase pay: $40,000 - $65,000 per year. Hourly pay + monthly commission. Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
Responsibilities- Assist customers via phone and email with service and sales inquiries
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Document customer interactions and maintain strong relationships
- Communicate trends and feedback with management
- Previous office‑based customer service experience (required)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Sales‑focused mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
- Reliable with a stable work history
