We are hiring for BOTH 1st SHIFT (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd SHIFT (3pm-11:30pm)

This position is located full-time, onsite within our Re:

Build Manufacturing facility in New Kensington, PA. In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Team at RBNK is growing and seeking to fill the position of Assembly Technician.

• Installs/assembles various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written & electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.
• Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment and tooling.
• Contribute ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentation.
• Communicates with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.
• Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork.

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience on an assembly line or similar within the manufacturing industry.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Can read a basic drawing and work instructions.
• Demonstrates in-process inspection competence.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills.
• Has both mechanical and technical capacity.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Honest and timely communication.
• Self-motivation and positive attitude.
• Integrity and safety oriented.
