PositionGeneral Laborer for our Saw/Seal division. This position is an essential part of our crew, performing a variety of manual tasks to support various construction activities. This is a physically demanding job that requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work as part of a team. EssentialFunctions & Responsibilities

- Ability to perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.
- Perform tasks which may include concrete cutting, joint taping/backer rodding, joint rehab, and crack sealing highways, runways, and parking lots.
- Ability to use or learn how to use different hand and power tools.
- Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA.

- Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl for extended periods or when needed.
- Ability to effectively communicate in, and understand, English.
- Required to utilize personal protective equipment (e.g., hard hat, safety glasses & boots) at appropriate times.
- Must be available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends).
- Willingness to travel for extended periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent - Preferred.
- Valid driver's license - Required.
- Prior experience as a laborer or equivalent experience - Preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude - Preferred.
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background check, including MVR.
- Must be in a union or be willing to join a union.
