Carpenter & Paterson is hiring for a full time Warehouse Associate to work at their Bordentown location through Teamster Union 676. This position assists with fulfilling & processing orders, shipping/receiving, inventory and other duties as assigned.

• Managing paperwork from customers and vendors
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Pulling orders and prepping for shipment
• Receives inventory and store products in designated areas
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Experience in a similar work environment preferred
• Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, standard forklifts, and order-picker forklifts when needed
• Willingness to learn the warehouse products
• Have basic math skills
• Clean, driving record
• Punctual and courteous
• Team player mentality a must
• Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and efficiently without constant supervision
• Experience driving a 26’ Stake Body truck for local deliveries is a PLUS

• Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must have good hand/eye coordination
