Job Type: Full‑time

As a Picker at Nellis Auction, you’re the final step before customers receive their auction wins. You’ll locate and retrieve purchased items quickly and accurately, ensuring customers receive exactly what they expect. This fast‑paced, active role is ideal for someone who likes to stay moving and thrives in a team setting.

7:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday‑Thursday

• Pick and prepare sold items for customer pickup or delivery
• Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate items
• Work safely and support your teammates
• Help uphold the Nellis Auction Core Values through quality service

• Lots of walking and movement throughout the shift
• Finding misplaced items can be a challenge

• Warehouse temperature can vary with the seasons

• 1–2 years of inventory control experience preferred
• Must meet performance standards and KPIs
• Understanding of inventory control required
• High‑level computer, math, and grammar skills
• Excellent time‑management, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to multi‑task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to stand all day and work in extreme temperatures
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Standing/walking for long periods (10+ hours)
• Working in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold)
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs independently; assisting with heavier items
• Team lifting with other members to move large or bulky items
