The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for the efficient and accurate receiving and shipping of products, processing tires according to internal SOPs, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will support our Tires Easy Warehouse location in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. The environment is entrepreneurial, and we continually learn what customers need to improve service.

• High school diploma and a valid driver’s license
• Be in excellent physical shape and be able to lift up to 90 lbs
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience
• Available to work 7:00am – 3:30pm EST, Monday to Friday
• Opportunity to work overtime and occasional Saturday when needed
• Must not have had any disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct and/or performance in the past 90 days

• Receiving and shipping inventory (tires)
• Proficient in using smartphones to follow task instructions through mobile applications
• Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all company health and safety policies
• Participating in general warehouse maintenance and ensuring a clean workspace
• Escalation of issues to supervisor when necessary

• Proven ability to build relationships and trust
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment
• Adaptability; processes and workflows may change as we improve customer and team experiences

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Basic understanding of tires preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in warehouses
• A great team member with a can-do attitude; self-reflective
