We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient operations by handling inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining an organized work environment. • 6 months of relevant warehouse experience
• Certified/Expert in Receiving, Material Handling, Catalog Fulfillment, Inventory, or Returns
• Ability to read, write legibly, and count accurately; focus on tasks without distraction
• Computer literacy, basic keyboard skills, familiarity with shipping software and Excel

• Stand on feet for an 8-hour shift
• Stand in one area for up to two hours
• Lift up to 60 pounds
• Stooping/Bending (80% of work time)
• Continuous grasping, reaching, twisting

• Alertness, quick learning, good retention
• Productivity and positive team attitude
• High-quality work and effective communication
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Operate shipping software accurately and efficiently
• Follow shipping procedures and ensure complete and correct information for delivery
• Maintain quality control standards
• Maintain high productivity levels
• Ensure 99.89% shipping accuracy
• Report daily shipping results to supervisor
• Follow safety, security, and sanitation procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
