We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate deliveries and ensure efficient scheduling of our fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, communicating with drivers, and maintaining smooth operations.

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor delivery routes and adjust schedules as needed for efficiency.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and trip reports.
• Address and resolve any delivery issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to optimize routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

• Previous experience as a Dispatcher in the trucking or construction supply industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics training is a plus.
