Superior Towings is seeking an experienced Light Duty Tow Truck Operator to join our team.

Superior has been in business for over 20 years, serving as a leader in the industry in Central Jersey.

Pay is based on experience.

Currently hiring for night and weekend shifts.

• Age:
  Generally, at least 18 years old.
• License:
  Valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Clean Driving Record:
  Satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening results.
• Background:
  Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift over 25lbs and carry equipment, bend, kneel, and balance.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Training:
  Completion of required training courses.
• Environmental:
  Must be able to work outdoors in all weather, and work extended or irregular hours.

• Responding to member requests for assistance.
• Providing other roadside services like jump starts, lock-out assistance, and fuel delivery.
• Maintaining service vehicles and equipment.
• Ensuring positive member experiences.
• Promoting AAA products and services.
• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Perform automotive diagnostics and basic repairs as needed during towing operations.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
• Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to towing requests.
