Youth Sports Coach

Location: Hillsborough
Join Amazing Athletes as a Youth Sports Coach and make a positive impact on the lives of children! As a vital member of our team, you will introduce sports and fitness through our engaging and fun programs for children ages 2 to 5 years. Our focus is to promote physical activity while teaching the fundamentals of various sports and instilling a love for fitness from a young age.

Your responsibilities will include delivering structured lessons in a variety of sports, tracking each child's progress, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and school staff. With a supportive team and a curriculum designed for maximum engagement, you will help children develop confidence, coordination, and a healthy lifestyle.

Important Details:

• Part-time position with flexible hours; classes primarily on weekdays
• Classes held at preschools, daycares, and community centers

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in coaching or working with children preferred
• Ability to pass background checks (NCDHHS & SLED)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching sports
• Reliable transportation for commuting to different locations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule between mornings and early afternoons
