We are looking for a skilled Java Finxact Developer with hands‑on experience in implementing and customizing the Finxact Core Banking Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating banking solutions using Finxact APIs and cloud‑native architecture to support digital banking transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Finxact Core Banking Platform.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for integration with upstream/downstream systems.
- Implement product configurations including deposits, lending, and transaction processing.
- Work closely with business analysts and product teams to translate banking requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop event‑driven integrations and microservices architecture.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production support.
- Optimize performance and ensure high availability of banking applications.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
- Maintain proper technical documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in application development.
- Hands‑on experience with Finxact Core Banking platform.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, or similar backend technologies.
- Understanding of core banking concepts (CASA, lending, GL, payments).
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Knowledge of event‑driven architecture and integration patterns.
- Strong SQL skills and database knowledge.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Knowledge of payment systems and regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to Dev Ops tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git).
- Banking domain certifications or relevant training.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Stakeholder communication.
- Ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced banking environments.
