Here’s What Your Day‑to‑Day Might Include

• You design and implement AI‑assisted IDE capabilities and internal developer tooling that streamline daily engineering workflows.
• You integrate agent‑based systems to automate repetitive tasks such as code reviews, unit test generation, and code quality analysis.
• You experiment with autonomous and semi‑autonomous agents that support software development activities end to end.
• You integrate new tools into existing development platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• You work closely with customers and teammates to gather feedback, iterate quickly, and refine solutions.
• You measure, document, and communicate the impact of tooling improvements to guide future enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Clearance:
  Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
• Citizenship:
  Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Education andůsob Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required. Four additional years of relevant software engineering experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Eight or more years of software engineering experience supporting modern development workflows, tools, or platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong software engineering debía skills in one or more modern programming languages.
• Experience working with IDEs, developer tools, or build and test systems.
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑ or LLM‑powered developer tools, including chat‑based interfaces or automated coding agents.
• Ability to prototype, evaluate, and refine experimental tooling.
• Solid understanding of software development workflows, engineering best practices, and developer productivity challenges.

Desired Skills

• Experience with automated code review or static analysis tools.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks or orchestration systems.
• Experience supporting developer platforms or internal engineering enablement ק teams.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience developing VS Code extensions using Type Script or Electron.
