We’re a collaborative, hands-on team that builds our technology in-house and works closely across departments to solve real problems for real users.

Earth Cam is seeking a motivated and curious Junior Full Stack Developer to join our in-house development team. This role supports the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications and provides hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end technologies.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in writing clean, maintainable code while collaborating closely with engineers, product, and UX teams.

• Participate in the full web application development lifecycle from concept through deployment and post-launch support
• Develop high-quality code following established development standards and processes
• Build and maintain front-end and back-end features to support business requirements
• Collaborate with UX and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-centered designs
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and best practices
• Assess technical feasibility of proposed functional designs
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and codebases
• Communicate task progress, technical challenges, and solutions clearly
• Stay current with emerging web and software development technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Understanding of both front-end and back-end development concepts
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React preferred)
• Exposure to Node.js and/or PHP-based environments
• Experience with databases such as MySQL is a plus
• Familiarity with Git;
  Jira and Confluence experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
