Join Back to Nature Home and Garden as Crew Member in the Construction department
. The Construction Crew Member supports the installation and maintenance of high‑quality landscape projects under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager.
- Assist with daily landscape construction and maintenance tasks.
- Install hardscapes, softscapes, and site features according to plans and direction.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and properly.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with Foreman and teammates.
- Support training and development by learning new skills.
- Previous landscape construction experience preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow direction.
- Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and job site safety (or willingness to learn).
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Experience with Aspire Software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL or equipment operation experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Prolonged periods standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
- Willingness to work in all seasonal and environmental conditions.
- Excellent hand‑eye coordination.
