Join Back to Nature Home and Garden as Crew Member in the Construction department
. The Construction Crew Member supports the installation and maintenance of high‑quality landscape projects under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager.

• Assist with daily landscape construction and maintenance tasks.
• Install hardscapes, softscapes, and site features according to plans and direction.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and properly.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with Foreman and teammates.
• Support training and development by learning new skills.

• Previous landscape construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow direction.
• Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and job site safety (or willingness to learn).
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Experience with Aspire Software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL or equipment operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• Prolonged periods standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Willingness to work in all seasonal and environmental conditions.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination.
