Responsibilities
  • Install sunrooms and associated products at customer locations following company specifications and guidelines
  • Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary tools and materials are on-site before commencing work
  • Assemble components and structures precisely and securely to ensure the integrity of installations
  • Collaborate with the project manager and team members to ensure timely completion of installation projects
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process and address any questions or concerns
  • Conduct quality checks post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on installed products as needed to ensure long-term functionality
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in construction or carpentry is a plus
  • Proven experience as an installer or technician in construction, carpentry, or a similar field
  • Strong understanding of tools, materials, and methods used in construction and installation
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
