General Laborer
Company: Blue Line Drywall
Location: Based out of North Brunswick, NJ (travel to various job sites)
Job Type: Full-Time
Blue Line Drywall is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support our drywall installation crews on residential and commercial projects. This position is based out of our North Brunswick office
, with daily travel to various job sites throughout the region. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Assist drywall installers and foremen with daily job site tasks
- Load, unload, and transport drywall materials and tools
- Prepare and organize job sites before and during projects
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and positioning drywall when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
- Remove debris and properly dispose of construction materials
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Reliable transportation or a personal truck required for traveling to job sites
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team
- Comfortable working at various job sites throughout the area
- Experience in drywall, framing, or general construction
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- OSHA safety training (a plus)
- Competitive hourly pay (16-25/hr)
