Position Summary

Mr. Handyman is a locally owned franchise and part of the Neighborly family of home service brands. We provide reliable, high-quality repair, maintenance, and improvement services for both residential and commercial clients. Our mission is to deliver a consistent, professional experience — every time.

• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and light electrical.
• Diagnose issues on-site and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Complete work efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and office staff.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Manage tools, materials, and company equipment responsibly.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

• 10+ experience as a handyman, service technician, or multi-skilled trades professional.
• Strong working knowledge of common residential and commercial repair methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ownership of professional-grade tools appropriate for a variety of jobs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work at heights or overhead as required.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

• Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level).
• Company vehicle and fuel card provided.

• Office team handles customer calls and scheduling.
