The Opportunity You will serve as a premier service provider and technical expert, diagnosing complex residential plumbing issues and performing high-quality repairs. This role empowers you to manage your own projects from initial sale to final installation within a supportive, family-owned environment. How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute technical diagnostics on residential plumbing systems to identify and resolve complex service issues.
• Perform heroic repairs and installations for excavation and service projects to ensure total system integrity.
• Consult with homeowners to present specialized solutions and upsell services that improve home comfort and safety.
• Manage project documentation and customer communications through Service Titan to maintain high operational transparency.
• Coordinate with field operations to maintain strict project timelines while delivering five-star customer service.
• Mentor junior team members by demonstrating leadership qualities and technical precision on-site.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience specifically within the residential plumbing field.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair diverse plumbing systems with minimal oversight.
• Valid driver's license with a commitment to maintaining a safe and professional driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for managing customer dynamics and field documentation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency using Service Titan for dispatching, estimating, and closing sales in the field.
• Successful track record of selling and installing self-generated plumbing jobs.
• Completion of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of excavation plumbing and specialized residential installations.
