This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Service Technician located in Littlefalls, NJ. The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation. The technician will work directly with customers to assess and resolve their heating and cooling needs while delivering excellent customer service.

Maintaining compliance with relevant EPA regulations and safety standards is a key aspect of the role.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues efficiently
• Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction by providing quality service and solutions
• EPA certification or qualifications in compliance with environmental standards
• Proven ability to work independently and handle on-site situations effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally
• Technical training or certification in HVAC systems preferred
• Experience in a similar role or related HVAC field is a plus
