Salary: $25.00–$38.00 per hour, based on experience
On behalf of our client, we are offering an opportunity to join a growing technical services team based in Garden City, Long Island, NY.
This team supports advanced fueling stations and industrial equipment across the region. The mission is to help customers maintain reliable, efficient, and sustainable fueling solutions in the face of evolving technology and tighter environmental expectations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment at customer sites. Work includes electrical wiring, switch gear checks, monitor and repair of industrial compressors and pumps, and routine inspections of fueling systems and components. Documentation, safety, and proactive troubleshooting are key parts of the job.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE- Hands‑on mechanical or electrical experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience working in equipment maintenance, field service, or a related role
- Familiar with the basics—diagnostics, small repairs, safety checks, and reading simple schematics
- Computer and mobile device savvy (for documenting work in service management systems)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, travel within NY and neighboring states as needed, and share on‑call duty
- Hourly wage of $25.00–$38.00, depending on experience
