Handyman​/Facilities Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are a small contracting company in which the majority of our work is facilities maintenance and repairs at various Retail Stores throughout NJ, NYC, PA. We receive different types of work orders to take care of daily at different stores and locations. Some examples of the work orders we receive are:

• Replacing Ceiling Tiles in Store.
• Replacing Floor Tiles throughout Store.
• Painting (small touch ups or sanding/painting/priming an entire store).
• Minor Electrical such as changing light bulbs and ballasts.
• Minor Plumbing such as servicing a clogged toilet.

• Minimum 7 years experience.
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well with co-workers as a team for larger type jobs.
• Flexibility with hours (most work during day, some overnight, on-call for 1 weekend per month).
• Valid driver license and use of work vehicle.
• Own basic tools.
• Smart cell phone and be tech savvy (input pictures and info for each job into an App).
