RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, tile, etc.
• Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly experienced in drywall installation and finishing
• Must reside within 20 miles of central Colorado Springs
• 3+ years of experience as a paid handyman
• Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
• Demonstrated multi skills in a variety of categories such as carpentry, drywall, installations and repairs
• Ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
• Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
• Able to communicate both written and verbally in a courteous and professional manner with customers and co-workers.
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable
• Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
• Driver's license is required.
• Must own a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades.
• Experience in all aspects of tile installation and finishing a PLUS
• Experience in flooring installation and repair (vinyl, LVP, laminate) a PLUS.
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience a PLUS
