Handyman Sub Contractor

Ace Handyman Services is a national company providing home repair and improvement services to residential and commercial clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Remodeling and renovation
• Painting
• Preventative maintenance
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Furniture assembly
• Doors & windows

We are looking for craftsmen/handymen with their own business who wish to get additional work. The craftsmen must maintain or be willing to obtain liability insurance.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
• Handle tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend repairs or replacements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Strong knowledge in maintenance and repair areas
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

A valid driver's license and a vehicle (truck, van, or SUV) are required. Background checks, references, and drug testing will be performed.

Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
