Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician – Drive to customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances with quality and efficiency.

• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and other home appliances.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
• Provide value‑added solutions that make the customer’s home cleaner, more comfortable, and protected.
• Maintain and organize the company truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Use smartphone for part ordering.
• Pass a background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license in the state(s) where you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work variable & flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical written text.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (frequently 20–50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs).
• Ability to reach, handle, stand, walk, sit, and type with a keyboard.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl.
• Occasional reach above shoulder.
• Drive an automatic transmission vehicle.

1–2 years of experience.

Road warrior – 75% or more travel.
