Service Tech – Commercial Kitchen Ventilation and Controls

North Jersey area to New York – Start your shift at our shop in Moonachie but be prepared to travel (in the company-provided work truck) to NYC to complete jobs.

We will pay for the experience!!!! Starting wage will vary depending on experience.

• Hood – kitchen hood cleaning, technical services, and repair
• Fire – Fire protection & suppression systems
• Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting

• Perform general maintenance on hood ventilators and company equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair ventilation systems and rooftop units.
• Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs or adjustments to mechanical and electronic controls.

• Strong electrical background is required – the ability to troubleshoot and understand electrical meters in a commercial setting is a MUST!!
• Knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and experience with integrated control systems.
• Experience/Knowledge of Bac Net ventilation and airflow systems – preferred.
• Valid driver’s license – company truck provided.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts – morning, afternoon.
• Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work high places.
