As a Service Technician
, your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing commercial and residential garage doors and related equipment on‑site.
• Advising customers on repair options and preventive maintenance.
• Utilizing our proven process to sell services, repairs, and new products.
• Managing inventory and tools in your company‑provided vehicle.

• Commercial garage door experience is required.
• Willingness to be trained on residential garage door systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Ability to independently lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computers/tablets and hand tools.
