Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, yard, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.;
Monitor access points and vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic flow as assigned, verifying credentials and documenting entries and exits in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete detailed shift activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff.
