Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and/or visitors by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal post orders, and completing assigned security-related tasks;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or site leadership as directed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Control access at designated points by monitoring doors and entryways, verifying authorization as required, and assisting with visitor direction and check-in processes;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate observations and concerns to the supervisor and/or client representatives
