Overnight with Full-time & Part-time available

Iron Rock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced armed site supervisor in East Windsor, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with supervising more than 12 guards. The Guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

• Manage and monitor access control points
• Conduct regular patrols of the corporate property
• Deliver on post orders and client expectations
• Write clear incident and daily activity reports
• Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

• 2+ years of security supervisor experience required
• Armed SORA License & NJ Concealed Carry Permit
• Ability to excel in high-foot traffic & sensitive environments
• Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Weekly pay
• Medical insurance available to full-time employees working 30+ hours;
