We’re looking for a confident, experienced Security Shift Supervisor to lead a dedicated team during the 2nd shift. If you have proven supervisory experience in the security industry and take pride in leading by example—this role is for you!

• Base pay rate: $20.00/hr
• Bonus: $500.00 after 45 days of employment in good standing
• 2nd Shift (afternoons/evenings)
• Weekends are required

• Provide active leadership and mentorship to security officers on-site
• Ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction through regular inspections and staff training
• Monitor, report, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible, professional presence
• Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare accurate, timely reports
• Enforce facility policies and coordinate emergency procedures
• Review daily logs and incident reports to maintain operational standards
• Recommend personnel actions (positive or corrective) as needed
• Maintain situational awareness and act on suspicious or unsafe activity

• MANDATORY:
  Previous relevant supervisory experience in a security setting
• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid security guard license (state or municipality-mandated)
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Advanced education or certifications in criminal justice, security management, or related fields
