• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the logistics and distribution location, including the business area and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report all suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control processes by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and any security-related concerns identified during shifts.
• Communicate clearly with team members and site management to coordinate security-related operations and/or emergency response actions.
• Follow all site-specific procedures and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the location management.

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Experience with X‑ray screening is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
