Director, Physical Security & Forensic Investigations

Responsibilities- Conduct regular assessments and audits of physical security measures and protocols.
- Lead complex financial forensic investigations to identify and resolve instances of fraud and financial misconduct.
- Develop and update policies and procedures related to physical security and forensic investigations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential security and financial threats.
- Prepare detailed reports on security operations and forensic investigation outcomes for senior leadership.
- Lead diverse teams on complex investigations and physical security advisory engagements, including gap analyses and remediation efforts.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in corporate physical security and financial forensic investigations.
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, finance, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CPP, CFE) desirable.
- Strong understanding of security systems, risk management, and forensic accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
