We are looking for an experienced leader to drive innovation and deliver high‑quality architectural paints for the UK/EU market. This strategic role will manage a team of product‑development chemists, oversee global R&D initiatives, and align product development with international market needs and regulatory standards.

• Lead a team of chemical scientists in the formulation and innovation of international coatings.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, U.S. Product Development laboratories, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Ensure paints are compliant with international regulations while meeting end‑user needs and preferences.
• Manage international (UK/EU) R&D teams and deliver innovative product solutions.
• Strategically focus on business objectives across international territories.

Salary: $135,000 – $180,000 + bonus.
