Member Services & Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Member Services Coordinator to join our team and help our members succeed.

Schedule
  • Monday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday: Off
  • Saturday: Off
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation

Responsibilities
  • Sell club memberships, summer camp programs, swim school, and other club services
  • Welcome and orient new members to ensure they feel supported and confident using the club
  • Follow up with prospective and current members via phone and email
  • Generate new business through referrals, outreach, and prospecting
  • Assist members with questions, account inquiries, and general customer service needs
  • Perform administrative duties including billing calls, reactivation calls, and account updates
  • Respond to online reviews and maintain positive member engagement
  • Create and assist with email blasts, promotions, and member communications
  • Build strong relationships with current and prospective members to help grow the club community
