This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Riverton, NJ. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Key daily responsibilities include developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying and following up on leads, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service and support.
The Sales Account Manager will act as a trusted partner to clients, helping them achieve their solar project goals efficiently and effectively.
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on meeting client needs
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to meet sales targets effectively
