Atlantic Offshore Fishery is a full-service seafood company with its own fishing fleet, wholesale distribution operation, retail fish market, and a full-service restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Based in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, we are open seven days a week and committed to quality, freshness, and serving our community.

This is a full-time, hybrid Salesperson role based in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and assisting with their seafood purchases. The role involves selling seafood to other wholesalers and/or restaurants. Fostering relationships with customers to create a positive and helpful buying experience. Additional responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining inventory accuracy, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.

Must have sold seafood previously.

• 2-5 years minimum of selling wholesale seafood
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Knowledge of seafood products & wholesale & retail sales
• Ability to multitask, handle transactions efficiently, and resolve customer inquiries
• Experience with inputting orders efficiently and effectively into digital ordering software
• Proven ability work in a fast-paced environment & multitask
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Punctuality, reliability, and a professional demeanor
• Knowledge and ability to train customers as needed
