As a Director – Sales & Partnerships
, you'll play a key role in driving growth with leading pharma companies and top advertising agencies, selling Doceree's breakthrough solutions like Point-of-Care (POC), Premium Programmatic and Rep Twin that are reshaping how pharma brands engage HCPs.

• Win new business and expand strategic partnerships with top pharma brands and advertising agencies
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing high-value, long-term deals
• Exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional client experience
• Partner with Customer Success and internal teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery and performance
• Unlock upsell opportunities
  , strengthen relationships and feed valuable market insights back to product teams
• Position Doceree as the only AI-powered operating system for healthcare marketing

• 5+ years in healthcare/pharma advertising sales with proven track record of exceeding targets
• Strong existing relationships with top healthcare agencies and pharma companies decision makers
• Expert in HCP digital marketing
  , healthcare media and programmatic advertising
• Skilled at building executive-level partnerships and navigating complex, consultative sales cycles
• Driven, motivated, and passionate about shaping the future of HCP advertising while unlocking unlimited earning potential
