Job Description

We are looking for an ideal candidate that has relevant luxury retail sales experience and possesses exceptional customer service skills. The applicant of choice should have a proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers. Candidate should also have the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and possess a strong desire to learn about our prestigious timepieces and look to become an essential member of our team.

Profile
  • Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury environment
  • Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all of our unique and impeccable range of products and their distinctive characteristics
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences which enlighten and provide insights into the ancestry of OMEGA
  • Utilize our expansive training techniques to engage, inform and retain a gratified and loyal client base
  • Provide a unique and special experience to all clients
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance
  • Develop potential clients through both clientelling and networking efforts
  • Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client's tastes and goals for future purchases
  • Assist team members in sales process as per established boutique protocols
  • Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach

Rate of Pay: $20 - $25 per hour + Commission

Professional Requirements
  • MUST possess 2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field
  • Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills
  • Elevated ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
  • Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of our company collection of timepieces
  • Talented negotiation prowess
  • Passion for the art of selling
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule throughout the week
  • MS Office experience is highly desirable

Physical Requirements
  • Required to stand for long periods of time
  • May be required to lift packages/boxes up to 20 lbs
  • Occasional bending or stooping
