As an Orkin Home Services Inspector

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, solve problems, and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to customer needs, explain solutions confidently, and win over customers.
• Prospect new business and pursue assigned leads using Orkin’s advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet potential customers at their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes, following training.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations.
• Prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad.

• No experience required – Orkin provides training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Independent field work and strong customer interaction skills.
• Eligible under applicable state and local laws.

• Safely use ladders up to the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear required PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator when necessary.
• Work in various weather conditions.
