• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs.
• Work with hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius; leverage the strength of the well-known brand to generate referrals and prospect additional customers.
• Represent a quality brand with pre-qualified leads and develop community-based sales.
• Earn while you learn with paid training to learn the business.

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with space for flooring sample boards; ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device for diagramming and contract preparation.
• Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel.
